There was a post on Livejournal that was made a few months ago, I think, about what all of Steve’s Navy ribbons mean. Does anybody have a link to that? I thought I’d have it saved in my bookmarks, but looks like I don’t.

I’m, uh, kind of trying to work on an idea for a fanfic, and I need to stock up on Navy and specifically Navy SEAL knowledge before I can even think about writing the damn thing down, so. Anybody who can help me out?
